  1. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 16, 2009 -> 02:50 PM) Didn't you just claim that these were different? no
  2. the truth is CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC aren't going to give any protest that is designed to criticize Obama positive coverage. expecting such is a losing battle; it would be the same as expecting the DNC to come out and give these protests a glowing review.
  3. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 16, 2009 -> 02:49 PM) Sort of like the tea bag rally itself. What was the message? I saw about 500 different messages from the protesters. Completely incoherency. sounds like every political protest i've ever seen
  4. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Apr 16, 2009 -> 12:40 PM) Why, exactly? Just curious. From what I've seen from the plan, and of course this could change I suppose, there really isn't going to be a net gain in jobs. If anything, jobs could be lost, as SS2k was alluding too. The 'Green Collar Job' rhetoric seems to be much more of a marketing campaign rather than anything else. Is the engineering and technology work going to be outsourced or done in the United States? This is a big question, if Obama is merely going to allow the work to be outsourced it's not going to be this big windfall of jobs. Who exactly is getting hired in this new massive green collar sector? Obama has made it such a center peice and I don't even see a foundation forming as to when these jobs would begin.
  5. i think Obama's 'green collar' jobs plan is crap
  6. LOL ok cut all portions, mine too. fine with me. not sure exactly what i'm getting (besides use of the roads and such, which everyone has) as my 'slice of the pie'.
  7. that would be hilarious is Texas decided to secede
  8. haha thats the best one for sure
  9. well, so my mom calls. is watching the "Rachel Maddow Show" or whatever it's called (mom is total liberal). and she is confused about the running joke about "tea bagging" and wants to know what they're talking about. of course i said i had no idea. this madness needs to end.
  10. QUOTE (Rex Kicka** @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 06:37 PM) They probably spend 20 million a month on em anyway! Are ya with me camera guy?
  11. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 04:05 PM) Do you know something about Ryan Sweeney's personal life that we don't? I work at the Department of Homeland Security, I know about everyone's personal life. It's my job and stuff.
  12. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 04:01 PM) Only if Ryan Sweeney was there. Ryan Sweeney was there probably
  13. I wonder if Bearsox actually went to one of the 'tea party' protests
  14. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:45 PM) You stated that all military veterans will be on the terrorist watch list. How is it that you can lie about that and claim you owned me? just be happy i didn't boast of a 360 pwn
  15. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:46 PM) Actually, it doesn't even say that. All it does is note that the last time there was a major domestic terrorist threat, it involved military veterans, and there are a large number of them now who could be potential recruit. Here is the actual block of text that includes the recommendations: Please again point out for me the text that says anything close to what you're claiming it says. Balta, if you can't figure out that simple report, there is no need to continue this.
  16. QUOTE (lostfan @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:44 PM) I'm going to vouch for that report. "Your compliance is noted"
  17. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:39 PM) that's what you call a reverse 360 pwned the report specifically points them out repeatedly. you can email me at I_win_you_lose@email.com if you wish to go over this more edit: and what is 360 pwned? just back to the start?
  18. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:37 PM) The article you posted said absolutely nothing of the magnitude of the claim you made. Your specific claim was that the government was putting all returning veterans on the terrorist watch list. First and foremost, that document doesn't mention the terrorist watch list a single time. I will excerpt for you every single block of text from it referring to military veterans. Those are the segments that refer to military veterans. Please point out for me the text that says anything of the sort that you're claiming. it's reporting that they are dangerous and need to be watched. if it said "Muslims" instead of "veterans" you would be going crazy about the injustice. then we would have a less hilarious thread about 'evil racism against muslims.' Nuke would probably return, only to get banned. It would be a complete fiasco.
  19. QUOTE (lostfan @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:35 PM) Meh I have pull. I can easily have them come after you instead. After all, I heard you say Obama wasn't the progressive leader you thought he was about a month ago. my account must have been hacked. wasn't me.
  20. QUOTE (lostfan @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:31 PM) Aw f***. sorry lostfan, but a pre-emptive strike is a pre-emptive strike. we can't risk not taking action in these trying times
  21. QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:27 PM) My favorite part of this is where it says crazy people clinging to guns might be a problem. the only solution is a pre-emptive strike. preferably against veterans and the unemployed. oh and people with Ron Paul bumper stickers. JAIL.
  22. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:23 PM) And honestly, if you haven't done anything wrong then who cares if you're being spied on. same thing the G W Bush was saying. Same thing I argued against back then. You were probably against it too, but now your guy is in office and it's all good.
  23. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:18 PM) Figured there would be no reply to this. http://wnd.com/images/dhs-rightwing-extremism.pdf pwned
  24. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:17 PM) If you don't want the government to spy on us then you want the terrorists to win. What kind of patriot are you? thanks for the tip, GW. the first african american george bush, the honorable barack obama.
  25. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 15, 2009 -> 03:13 PM) And I've been thinking for a while how suddenly it's a horrible thing to have the U.S. government spying on U.S. citizens. if someone doesn't want to be spied on all they have to do is vote Obama and put his bumper stick on their car. done and done. USA! USA! f*** yea
