I'm listening to Tribe radio and fans are BLASTING Wedge and wondering why the injuns don't play ball like the Sox! "gritty" seems to be the word time and time again.

ESPN is reporting that Brett Boone, the roid machine who scored a huge contract with the needle and then went south when MLB finally cleaned up the game, is on a very short leash it seems. 10 days to be exact, to prove his worth or the Twins are going to start looking at alternative solutions. If there's anything more fun to watch than the Twins in desperation mode, I'd like to know what it is!

I wouldn't mind seeing El Duque get skipped in the rotation a couple of times this half, just to keep him fresh. Let him get his workout in the bullpen and be ready for the stretch. Otherwise the Sox will need another arm. He's been on the DL twice already and each time back he said the same things he's saying now. Why would you believe him?
