Are the Reds still looking to deal him?? I know he has been hurt a lot recently but I think he would excel if he got back to the A.L. And what would it take to get him? (Take in mind the salary contraints)

Yes the sox have been awful this year and some of the players should be moved (Konerko!!) but the Angels started off last year with a similarly bad record. Lets wait until June 15 and see where they are at. All this whining is getting tiring!

White Sox radio (ESPN 1000) is talking about Miami football so you can book it that nothing is going on.

Who was the first to have a filed named after their owner and his company? You got it...Wrigley as in the gum Field. Way back it ws changed. So when Cubs say we sold out remind them that their beer garden, I mean stadium is also named after a company.

Actually, I think JR blew it, TMobile Park with Catherine Zeta-Jones-- now there is a face I think few of us would complain about.

Actually US Cellular bought out Primeco. It could have been alot worse our stadium could have been named after Primeco and have that stupod pink guy as its logo--lol.

I do like it. It would give the stadium a cool identity. US Cellular Field is way too long.

Many of the regulars may recall my old post saying that a naming rights deal was in the works. Granted my inforrmation said it could be Pepsi, but marketing friends said the All-Star Game would make a rename happen. They were right. Now what will the shortened name be? You know like the Jake in Cleveland or the Bob in Arizona-- I nominate the Cell. Thoughts?

Imagine the possibilites for headlines if we get Colon. Like: Kenny has no guts but tries adding a Colon. Sox get a Colon transplant from Canada. Colon experiment coming to Chicago. Any other ideas?

After KW gets Colon (notice I used after!), does he go sign Finley. Then we have Mark, Colon, Garland, Wright and Finley. Now that is an improvement!

Sox spokesman said he is already in Miami so we can breathe easier. But Ozzie Guillen can stay there as far as I am concerned.

Just a thought-- Kenny made the Wells trade about the same time of January on a Sunday. I know this means nothing-- but you never know. I think we will know something by Sunday.
