Found this as well, take it with a gain of salt: "I was watching the Blue Jays vs. Orioles broadcast on MASN and they said it was the White Sox who claimed Rios." MASN is the O's station.

Verducci on MLB Tonight said he didn't get past the AL but doesn't know who. Cross off the NL and the Red Sox and Blue Jays (of course) Our odds just went up dramatically.
