This is just pathetic. Swisher is just brutal. All I have heard is how good Swisher is at first. This does go and show you what speed can do for a team. That is one of the parts of the game we are very much missing.

I wish the Sox would show that kind of heart. The White Sox have folded like a cheap suit. Pathetic.

I like having Wise on the roster, but Brian is going to lose playing time (not that he plays a ton) and it may be better for him playing everyday in AAA. O.C . is having himself a night. Maybe him realizing that he is going to be with us for the rest of the year and will be looking for a new free agent contract, he will start playing better.

They are going to keep Wise.....one less guy in the pen and even less playing time for Brian. I do not know how I feel about this.

I do not have a problem with the plate ump, but Ozzie will be ejected tonight. With JD and Thome not happy about the called Ks Ozzie will say something and be tossed. Those two pitches were too close not to be swinging.

Swish was out (hell of a throw - bad call by the ump), but I like to see the activity from him. Maybe the trade will light a fire under him.

Now we are starting to see/hear more on Griffey. It is like the White Sox PR guys are telling them to pump up the trade.
