The AOL board gathering is Saturday August 7th. Already there are 33 confirmed and we have tickets all together in one section. If anyone is seriously interested we can up that number and get more. I don't I believe we are sitting in section 105 but I'm not in charge of that so I'm not 100%. It's a long way away, but for some of the out of towners I thought you might want to make plans..

Sidney the cat brought us a present a couple weeks ago... left it in the foyer. It was a itty bitty baby. Then last night after I went to bed I guess Jim took a shower and when he came out there was Sidney standing in the bathroom with another little gift. Surprise was that this one wasn't dead and Jim had to chase it around the bedroom (I slept through it all ) Then this morning.. another one.. this time it was dead for sure! What the hell is the deal?? And how do I resolve it without poison that can hurt the cats? I know they are in the garage, just can't find them. I swer they are smaller than 2 inches. Anyone have any suggestions..??

Because I was on the committee. And now that statement would be a lie because I made 2 votes this morning.

I also have to add that putting this together took a LOT of time and effort by many, EXPECIALLY Tex.. and I honestly can not believe some of the complaints/comments I have seen. So much for organizing something fun, different, and entertaining.. I know what I'll tell the next person who asks if they should go out of their way around here...

For the record folks... YOU all were the source of the nominations. YOU all posted or sent in your picks and they were narrowed to the top ones. In most cases, there were 3 or 4 TOP nod getters and 2 or 3 with only a couple. Several people ran away with several of the catagories. YOU all are responsible for the choices in the polls. I say YOU, because I did not nominate nor vote.
