I don't really agree this game is going to derail us for the season. The players played well today and I think thats a positive. The players KNOW what went on today and I belive/hope they will bounce back and shrug this game off.

This game is all on ozzie. I'm actually not that pissed were losing. I think the players did fine and might lose only b/c some guys were put into positions they shouldn't have been in. simple as that, its all on ozzie. NO DJ. nothing that happened in THIS inning cost us the game. 6th inning. and shutup hawk.

Three positives COULD come from Thome missing 1day-2weeks. 1. Thome will get healthy and we will see a fired up Big man when he comes back. 2. The other players and pitchers might step up their games and awareness knowing that one of the big boys is out. (team comes together more) 3. Its a shakeup (while losing no fielders). This team needs to be shaken. Ozzie just won't do it. ie. bench pods more, start bmac, bring someone up, gload/mack leadoff, anything. Fact is, I'm wish/wash over this little event and look forward without blinking. If Dye, Crede, or AJ goes down, I don't see anything that could be positive from it. We just don't have suitable replacements that can hit/field like they do.

IN IN IN obviously in. G-Load for leadoff LF 6-man rotation BA growing. dye being great. thome and konerko can rebound. STILL alot to like, and I'm gonna going to be there till the end. WE WON LAST YEAR, and if today ended we'd be in the playoffs. all but 4 teams in the AL would want to be where we are and you ask if were in or out. ok
