Frank looks as well as he could have hoped for but if anyone else was watching didn't it seem like he was grimicing often and had a slight limp.. even though he was trying to really to be aggresive and stomp the ground alot. All that aside i'm not a huge oakland fan and think its funny the yankees are mauling them when everyone and their mom think oakland is the s*** when all anyone should look at is the white sox because of the rotation. I love this team and if your not confident about paul being on the losing end of tomorrow, then you need to check your sack down there. Byrd isn't gonna get away with the s*** he throws 2 games in this series. Our hitters have to be too confident and are gonna be FOCUSED tomorrow so they can come home to the airport with... I'd say 10,000 lunatics there to greet them. soooo How does everybody A: Feel about the outcome tomorrow (confident,nervous) and B: How does Byrd and Count fare tomorrow And if you want. Will we use more than 1 reliever tomorrow. sorry but another CG just isn't gonna happen, although the angels lineup reminds me of ours during our slump times late this year. My guess. sox 6 angels 5, count screws up a little around the 6th, our relievers come in and make a mistake or 2 but nail the coffin lid shut down the stretch

Other than Berman being a total disgrace to every national play by play man, i have to put some blame on espn to. If you know that berman just CAN"T call it straight, then give us morgan and his guy, even though morgan is a jerk sometimes, he at least appreciates fundamental baseball and would have given us our due. Game 3 was a CLASSIC for all times, and every time they replay it i'm gonna have to listen to a game that was called in the most unproffesional way. Other than that i just gotta say that 6th inning will live as one of the most unbelievable 58 minutes of baseball ever played that wasn't a 9th inning. wow

Well I wasn't able to watch the game but was listening to the radio, in the 5th inning Mr. Commish himself sat down and talked to farm and roon, the rest is history. wow. Also not to brag, but I told ya all to relax and watch our pitching advatage take over, and thats what happened. And to any red sox fan, hahaha, but the error was in the fifth inning and no one scored on the play, the white sox still made the CLUTCH (a word i thought was only to be used for boston players) hit and held your asses to 4 runs, you aren't gonna win a series with your pitching and only scoring 4 runs. The white sox won this game, boston did not lose it

(2) the Sox historically inept offense following a double-digit scoring performance. well since this instance hasn't happened in like 50 years(playoffs) I just don't think that has any affect on this game. Its the playoffs, previous trends usually don't bear much weight. Each game is unique and the only trends are usually game to game when someone gets hot. which is us by the way

Well I'm not gonna say anything more about must wins and all that s***, but if you REALLY believe this is a must win for us today moreso than for boston, then i'm sorry, but your really reminding me of scrub fans. now everyone let your balls hang strong and have some f***in confidence, just like our team is showing you, I believe our team is taking this game full of composure and don't see it like they are gonna fall apart if they lose this game. YASNY is totally correct, this is a must win for boston and if we take this game its just gravy, our pitching matchups are are just too good this whole series. Please!!!!! if we lose this game don't get all suicidal and pessimistic, believe in this team, at least for this series. We are on a special roll right now and thank god its a 5 game series b/c we are too hot to lose 3 out of 5. RELAX and enjoy the game, its gonna be LOUD and crazy. thing to watch for, everett hitting right handed might keep his roll going(crazy thought, but a crazy man) and if it does, add another notch for us winning this next game. osuna, you've heard things like that before, but thats from the scrubs, also this is the first round, best of 5 not as much pressure, not the big round 2. This is how you gotta feel, its like we've been dealt KK, you gotta love the hand, and if you go all in and lose, hey you made a good judgement call, you know there is a chance you might lose, but its worth it. If we end up losing its not gonna be without some good memories. be confident, this 18hr period should be the most fun of your year, don't mess it up by dwelling on losing and bad pitching for us. Enjoy it and get pessimistic when the time comes, but right now, its not here

Relax, I understand your point about which mark, garcia, and garland will show up, but for ALL of them not to show up... thats just not going to happen right now. Also this question is MUCH more important, which wells, schilling, and wakefield are gonna show up. My guess for tomorrow is the crowd pulls burhle through whatever mess he gets into and we score enough to take it. And if that doesn't happen, i'm still not worried. The crowd is going to play a role tomorrow, today was crazy and with the result we got they aren't gonna stop standing or screaming for quite a while, cus they are gonna go crazy when we bat/wells pitch, and they are gonna be deafening every time mark has 2 strikes

I know most of of the people b**** about baseball tonight and hate on gammons, but I still love the show for the most part and have a ton of respect for gammons. When he just got tossed the totally biased east coast question of, "most people still assume the white sox MUST WIN tomorrow, what do you think peter." Gammons says, No, and mumbles some stuff, knowing right now that the white sox pitching will prolly win this thing even if the red sox get lucky tomorrow. Everyone just think about it. Every game in this series were going in with the better pitching matchup, even the shilling game, b/c shilling has got to prove it to me right now more than garland. If we pick one game in the next 3 its f***in OVER, cus count is gonna own them with the help of the crowd if it gets to that point. Other thing to remember, even though red sox have a great home field aura, we have already won there this year and its a big park that will benifit our pitchers and will help rowand feel good about being able to run as much as he wants out there. Gotta feel pumped, gotta feel loose, its alll good

Browsing some red sox postings, and they are pretty confident they are going to win the next 3 games, even moreso than people thinking they will win in 5. While I'm pretty sure we won't sweep em, i'm going to relax a bit. IF we lose tomorrow, and i actually think boston's not gonna come that close tomorrow, lets agree to relax and not get too pessimistic. For this is the truth, our pitching is gonna win us this series. The flaw in boston is that not one of their pitchers, I believe, mentally thinks they are gonna put in a solid game right now. I also believe our batters sense this and are being patient and waiting for a mistake, as evidenced by today. Our sox are also going to be feeding off an absolute f***ing monster of a crowd tomorrow. One final reason to relax during these next few days, after manny, i'm just not that scared of any batter really.. During the season I felt they were just all monsters but its just not the case, millar, nixon, graf, even renteria.. its just not scarin me and i KNOW its not gonna scare our starters the way they are playing right now. So enjoy the ride during this series, its gonna be fun, and I don't think we should be too nervous, as much as the espn boys are saying its still a must game for us... I'm confident in saying its a MUST win for boston and even if they take it, i'm not worried, our team is taking this one and every boston fan isn't gonna know what the hell happened. PS. I can't wait till Bill Simmons (whom i like most of the time) puts down 4000 words on this series on his next article

Texsox, Just to let you know, I'm glad he wrote again, as i tried to point out. ITS A GOOD thing. We win almost every time he writes, its awesome. And shutup about not reading his articles, he's the head columnist for the 2nd biggest paper in chicago and the biggest paper that doesn't own the other team in town.
