Big West baseball is what its about. Fullerton and Long Beach State. Give it up! You might have an argument if you wanna bring up Big 12 baseball. I'm just saying its one of the best baseball conferences out their and it gets no credit. UC RIverside is building a pretty good program too. And Mark my words, UC Irvine will become a powerhouse baseball program. Either way Fullerton and Beach have two of the best programs in the country. Your right though, SEC is the best. I'd take the Big West over the Pac10 though. I won't argue with there. The Big West does play great baseball. There are several great conferences out west. The thing that makes the Big 12 and especially the SEC different is the support they get from the fans. Not all of the teams draw real well (there is Kentucky and Vandy), but despite those teams they average over 3,000 fans a game, including non-conference games. LSU averages a hearty 7,478 and Mississippi State averages 6,472. Baseball is huge and fans travel every weekend in RV's following the teams around. The SEC Baseball Tournament is held here in Birmingham at the Barons stadium and every year they draw 100,000-125,000 fans for the 5 day tournament. This year, they sold out an RV lot of 250 spaces over a month before the tournament. It's a pretty cool event. I have been to a few games. Try as they may, they will never be Indiana High School basketball

And people wonder why women rarely come forward anymore or refuse to press charges after being raped. To give out this girl's email and home info is absolutely ridiculous. To be honest, if Kobe did commit rape, he will never be found guilty. He has fame, money and because of those two, he probably has people in the right places. I filed charges against an ex-bf that was stalking me. Both times the CPD came out and arrested this guy and inspite of the fact the cops caught him red handed being where he shouldn't, doing things he shouldn't with several witnesses around, the proseutor refused to press charges and told me to get a restraining order. I went to get that, put in 6 hours filling stuff out, talking to people and they said I would have it after lunch. I went back to find out what needs to be done to complete work for the order and they said no I wasn't receiving one and that now I have to wait until he physically assaults me again (their exact words). He did follow me for at least a year that I know of after that (several friends saw him, I saw him and voicemails were disappearing, I changed the pin after that). You ask why the charges and etc did not go through? His father was (at the time he was still on the job) a captain in the CFD. Before someone says that doesn't matter, my current bf's (been dating him for 2+ years and most likely will be my fiancee by year end) dad is a retired CFD LT. and his dad and my bf knows guys who got out of stuff because their dad was in the CFD. So to make a long story short, if you have lots of money, lots of fame or if you know people in the right places, you can get away with anything. What absoulute f***ing scumbags. I am glad they think some f***ing basketball player is more important than anyone else. I hope no one famous ever rapes their sister or mother :fyou
