Hopefully the white sox fans will keep the rest of the come-latelys in order. Also on that list, if you catch a HR ball from an opposing player, KEEP THE DAMNED THING! there isn't going to be any HR's from opposing players.....right? Well with Mike Sweeney Sox-Killa extrodinaire playing you never know As long as Koch stays on his seat in the BP the likelyhood of a HR is a lot less. Do us a favor, if he even so much as sets foot in the upper level of the pen, hit him with something really, really hard.

  7. 5405 kbps... nice T3 line here at work yikes. mine was 1092 for cable. Where I work you need the bandwidth to get orders to the exchanges ASAP. Delay's cost more money than the cost of the line. makes sense, though delays must cost you a decent amount considering the price of T3. Potentially a ton of money, not to mention lost business. I would never give my orders (if I ever had any money to place them ) to any firm that had anything less. A delay with something like that could be brutal if the market turned in your face.

Better call quick. There aren't many tickets at all left. I just looked up seats and the best 2 available are Sec 550 row 15! It is going to be over 40K, it might be close to a sell out, if the weather holds up.
  9. Not even a question. The White Sox. Period

  12. We would be on the hook for $14 million through the end of '04 for a guy with an era over 6 1/2 if we claimed him off of waivers. Uuuh, no thanks.
  13. There are way more than 2000 seats available. There have got be at least 10K tickets still out there. When did a search an hour ago I pulled up the best two seats as sec 520 Row 14.
  14. Uhhhh... duh! You are correct. Lot E folks.. Looks like someon's got a case of the "Mondays" I believe you'd get your ass kicked for that...
  15. Maybe too many reportings and flood control kicked in, judging on some of the posts lately
  16. WTF, I have Ameritech DSL and they make me connect.
  17. Cable is connected as soon as you turn on the computer. DSL has to connect and does when you click your IE icon.
  18. No the big move the Yankees need to win it all is to trade for Frank
  19. My personal opinion... I have had both, both the phone company and cable company SUCK to deal with if you have problems. I have had SOOOO many disasters dealing with Ameritech, and I would tell anyone NOT TO GET AMERITECH, if you can help it. On a preformance level, it depends when you do your surfing. Cable fluxes according to usage, so at peak times it is slower, where as DSL is dedicated to your house so it is always consistant. Cable is faster when no one is on, and DSL is faster when a lot of people are on. Cable is also nice because it is always on and you don't have to connect to it. I personally would lean towards cable, but I would see what specials they are running, usually you can get at least one of them for about $30 a month for a while as opposed to the usual $50.
  20. Up until lately his errors have been quiet, but his last couple have led to huge innings. I know one a couple of weeks ago led to a 4 run inning, then this one.
  21. I don't know how we missed each other then? Me and the wife stuck it out also. We sat in one of the top rows of the outfield seats right by the cap corner store, where we didn't get wet because of the upper level overhang.
