Good call. I'd sit Moncada tomorrow and vs the Pirates and Royals.

It's possible, but I'd like to give him 10 days to find out. It could be covid related fatigue which isn't going away this season if that's the case. If he's just got nagging muscle injuries then 10 days should be enough to help.

Both teams still suck.

Get Moncada as close to 100% as possible for the stretch run.

This is the bigger issue. I wish they'd have ILed him so he was healthy for the Twins series. They can take Pitt and KC without him. He needs to be as close to 100% as possible for the gauntlet to end the season.
