I don't agree with that. I became a Bears fan in 1998 when I got into football, no influence from my parents. They were a sucky team that year. Bulls, meh, I don't know. They won their first title when I was 3, so I don't know if you can consider me a bandwagon fan or not on them. I had no influence from my parents on the Bulls or Bears. They're not into sports.

Teams are always going to have bandwagon jumpers. Some fans just want to be where the grass is greener. The Cubs got bandwagon fans in 2003, same with the Sox this year. That's just how it is.
