that guy from oakland seems to have gotten the better of the trade right now..... i dont think it is because he is the genius he wants everyone to think he is....
that is the nature of trades.... sometimes they work out ok, sometimes not...
billy koch is not out to pasture yet.... and anything can happen to foulke( i hope not)
i think if koch cant get his velocity, he could learn another pitch and become a dominant closer again.
there are a ton of stories about pitchers given up for dead who have come back and been successful (gagne, jose lima, even kerry wood)
