  1. Trevor May, making this lineup look akin to a single A or travel team.
  2. Abreu...so much blech right now.
  3. I sure wish Melky would remember how to hit, without having to be on the juice.
  4. Embarrasing 2 strike swings there. Guess I'll check back in a few innings...it'll either be a game again, or the true John Danks will have struck for another 4-6 runs.
  5. 40 K's in 115 ABs now for DunnLite.
  6. QUOTE (fathom @ May 21, 2015 -> 08:31 PM) Is the rest of the AL on steroids or something? In all seriousness, Melky's lack of HR power is resulting in the inability for him to get the ball over the head of outfielders even when he hits it well. Only Philly sucks more, in terms of HRs hit...I don't even know how that is possible. Melky looks so...mediocre all around.
  7. This team has embarrassingly bad power.
  8. Danks.....totally locked in.
  9. Team plays so effin stupid, sometimes...
  10. 14 hits and 4 runs in the series, TOTAL....against a bad Cleveland team.
  11. These BB counts are comical. You can't hang around in games when you walk a guy per inning.
  12. Only 2 guys in the lineup hitting over .259 now...flat won't get it done.
  13. CORRECTION: We need a suitor for Alexei, and waiver papers for Flowers.
  14. We need a suitor for Alexei...
  15. This team deserves to all be junk-punched by Q. Embarrassing how bad run support is for him.... Coming into tonight, we've managed a measly 2.25 runs/game for Q.
  16. Hooray for the super dormant offense.
  17. Rare Tyler Flowers hit sighting.
  18. Get it back even, give it right back.
  19. Success with the bases loaded seems like it was a long long time ago for Alexei. At least we got it back to even.
  20. I'm ready for the part of the game where we get a hit or 2.
  21. QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 19, 2015 -> 08:20 PM) Overachieving? Uh ok. Yeah...overachieving..because he has no business having numbers as good as they were when he first became a starter, considering how much he struggles every inning to get to the dugout in less than 20 pitches.
  22. I've seen this version, the "I won't throw strikes' version, of Quintana too many times already. Please go back to the overachieving Q that we knew and loved. Of course, I just tuned in, missed the first part, but 2 on, and a run now scoring...maybe I'm wrong.
  23. Prepare yourselves to see us Aced the rest of the way, sadly.
  24. QUOTE (Jose Paniagua @ May 17, 2015 -> 07:05 PM) It's funny that Rowand and Hawk are complimenting each other on a well-announced series, as in truth...it was unconscionably horrible that is why that is funny I actually thought Aaron got better as the series went on. He got more comfortable, and did a decent job IMO. The first game, and the third game, were totally different. He improved leaps and bounds.
  25. Well that was pretty sad.
