This just in: The reason the Red Sox Alternative Uniforms are so birght: Because of the hight cost of Natural Gas and Electricty. The city of Boston and the Red Sox have come to a conclusion that when the BoSox have night games the uniforms will be worn, and the lights will be shut off. The unifroms were chosen after moths of tests and experiments on the brightest unifroms available without blinding their audience.

Well, from what I can see from reading these posts the #5 spot will be a great battle during Spring Training, but I will have to agree that keeping Rauch in AAA for a while will help him in the long run.

Just out of curiosity how well did Heredia pitch last year. I found Loaiza and that era of 5.71 does't look to good.

Did anyone notice the preseason power poll. The Twins are #1, and the Sox are 12th. Does anyone else find that placement too far down?

Nothing against Leftwich, because I have watched a few games and he is a great QB, but he did play in a conference that is pretty weak teams like W.Michigan and so on.
