we wouldn't be talking about how bad he pitched if people opened there gloves and closed them when a ball is heading to them. Yes, he had a break down, but the fault should not souly rest on his shoulders. The defense forgot how to catch.

Here is how I see it. Both the pitching and hitting have hit funks at the same time, which really blows. This is a crap time for this team, and with hope they will not lose much ground when they play the twins next week. It is amazing how people where praising gload earlier in the year, and now he has rough outing and people are gunning for his head. He is a bench player playing full time because of an injury. Damn folks get over it. This team will get out of its funk, but whether that is before or after they are out of it I do not know. I am still postive.

maybe because the chance of you ever catching a ball at a game is not very good. Hell if you do catch it and you don't want it give it to a kid or someone else. I am sure there would be many people around you that would like a home run ball. For me any homerun ball that I catch would be worth it. Throwing it back it lame. Lets say person X comes home and says, " I caught that guys home run, but I threw it back because it was from the visiting team." I would respond well that was pretty dumb because what are the chances of you ever catching a ball agin. Or say ya right where is the ball. " Oh I threw it back because it wasn't hit by a Sox." Man whatever A home run is hit you keep the ball
