  2. QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 09:42 PM) Wow HUGE break there WHAT is your avatar
  3. QUOTE (Real @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 09:31 PM) Matt Thornton everybody! *golf clap* He gives up more seeing-eye hits than anyone I've ever seen...
  4. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:51 PM) Happy for Johan. He should just retire now before he gets hurt again. He's been unbelievable the last few starts
  5. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:46 PM) Not to be a dick, but this post has epic fail written all over it at this point. He recovered from some control problems early
  6. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:46 PM) Santana no hitter I'm watching a no hitter here
  7. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:44 PM) Hope people are watching MLB Network. However, looks like it might be a "tainted" no hitter, as ump blew a call that should have been a hit for Beltran. Why would we do that?
  8. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:43 PM) I think it's time to consider that this might be the best team in the history of baseball. You ready for LL tomorrow?
  9. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 08:38 PM) AJ's was both mental and physical and regardless, doesn't excuse him being a prick. He just wants to win...I don't care if he hurts ODawg's feelings And what was the mental error AJ made?
  10. Beckham & Dunn, the law firm (stolen from my brother)
  11. Nothing warms my heart like seeing Gordon hit like this
  12. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 07:28 PM) AJ can be quite the prick sometimes Physical errors happen. Mental errors should not.
  13. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 07:26 PM) Hudson was probably sprinting in when he saw AJ look like he couldn't see it, and he probably had no idea it didn't at least hit AJ's glove. Bs...he was standing right there looking a it
  14. QUOTE (southsidepride15 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 07:25 PM) Yeah not a smart play by Hudson, fact is no reason for AJ to pass the buck as he should be kickin himself for that circus hit. Yeah, I get tht AJ should have caught the ball. Unavoidable fact is it was rolling foul and Hudson picks it up like he's trying to stop a f***ing grenade from exploding...
  15. QUOTE (Jose Paniagua @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 07:23 PM) Quite simply just not a situation a second baseman encounters. Growing pains for Hudson at the position. Instinct is born out of past experiences. I've never played any position at the MLB level and I was screaming when I saw him go to pick it up....some people are just idiots
  16. QUOTE (jeffro2525 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 07:22 PM) Wow...Hudson should have let that ball roll foul. Not showing a super baseball IQ there. More like what a f***ing idiot
  17. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 05:52 PM) So how do you explain the attendance in Detroit then? Obviously, CLE and PITT have struggled, but Cincy hasn't done too badly, either. That whole Rust Belt area has been the hardest hit, along with Florida and Arizona (real estate). Now that I look at it, Cincy's around 27,000 per game, Pittsburgh is 2000 per game ahead of the Sox, Toronto, Baltimore and even KC are up this year (although the KC attendance was more about pre-season hype than anything). Well, there are two teams in Chicago. But I think Sox fans are just fickle b****es.
  18. QUOTE (Greg Hibbard @ Jun 1, 2012 -> 12:52 PM) That's a good point, but inconsistency in umpiring on this particular point has been a major issue for years. I think that is because it is usually reactionary...I think the umpires in the series may have been briefed to take caution because of the events that took place in Boston between the Rays and the Red Sawks...then you get an increased awareness and a sensitivity that might not normally exist during normal conditions...
