I want the Twins to lose NOW. The Yankees can lose in the ALCS. Right now, Im rooting for the Marlins to win the NL and the WS, and the winner of the As/Sox to win the AL...

In all honesty, I hate the Cubs and hope they lose but I hate the Twins more. Yankees just scored and are winning 1-0 with Williams on second and one out in the top 4. I hate AJ, Mientcewicz, the Humpfrey Dome, Tori, Radke, Mays and everyone on that team. The Twins suck. And I cant wait til they die right out of the playoffs. But that being said, good riddance to the Cubs as well...

I might be wrong but I believe no team had ever blown a two game lead in the division series before. But Oakland did it against the Yanks a few years ago and now they might do it against the BoSox. Tejada and Byrnes stupidity could come back to haunt the As. People think the BoSox are cursed, well I happen to think the As are cursed. They lost in the last eight postseason games where they coulda clinched the series. Pitiful. Anyone know whos going in game five?

I was thinking the other day when I saw Tejadas obstruction. I thought, if the As lose this game in extra innings and then lose the next two, Tejada will be the f***in goat. Then I thought, ah theres no way in hell that will happen. And look where we are now...

Ill laugh if Byrnes and Tejadas stupidity ends up biting Oakland in the ass...

From what I read, the kids were music students and not actors, so that'd explain their musical ability. I have no interest in anything Jack Black does, so I won't be seeing this movie. No Toby Maguire, no Jack Black, who the hell DO you like? And why exactly do you have a problem with both those actors?

School nite curfew... And I have a question. Lets say the Giants are punting from about the fifty to the Redskins. Just an example. The punter puts up a nice punt to right about the goal line. The Skins let it go and some Giant comes flying in and catches it at the one but instead of stopping and downing it, he falls uncontrollably into the endzone. Touchback or Skins ball at the one?

For me, Thanksgivings no longer about turkey. Its about football! My parents give me no curfew Monday nights just so I can watch MNF. I have no real team in the NFL or college. I favor the Raiders but not that much. In baseball, I can be happy just seeing the Sox score. But in football, its not about the score. I gotta see the actual plays that made the score. I just love watching the games on a nice Sunday afternoon. Ya gotta love football season...

And as for the Byrnes play, Byrnes wasnt even close to the plate. It wasnt as if his hand glided two inches over the plate. The closest any part of his body was to the plate was about two feet. And he had plenty of time too...

Well Rex, since you umped for nine years, Im not going to argue with you about what the umps did. But look at it this way. Tejada woulda scored easily. The throw was s***ty and was only 45 feet away about. And then he stopped. The right thing to do would have been to shut up and score. Theres no way the umps can deny a legitimate run. But if you were out and the umps called it so, then you jump up and argue the obstruction. But Tejada shoulda just assumed there was no obstruction, finished the play, and then if need be point out the obstruction. As yas mentioned, the number one rule for a player is let the ump be the ump. Bust your ass and then argue when the plays finished...
