okay..its not me then..thanx
-
no i dont want rowand either..but what rios did demanded a benching...let him get away with it and youll see that s*** all year long...which is basically what we have seen..even if rois is the hero tonight in the long run this hurts the team...when youre told to bunt by the manager you bunt..if you cant do that you sit...unless you play for jerry manuel..in that case just do what you want and try and pad your stats..its all good
-
i must say heather's post last night was kind of a turn on...that girl has passion
-
he just didnt fail to get the bunt down last night...his effort was so poor he had no intention of getting it down cause he wanted to swing away..so jerry rewards him by startin ghim in CF tonight...brilliant

my guess is we are moving him to free safety???...i cant be convinced this guy was the 35 best college player in the country...typical angelo move..here is a scouting report..alot of negatives in it for the 35th pick http://sports.espn.go.com/nfldraft/tracker.../player?id=6783

here is a full scouting report on grossman...not sure i like this pick after reading this Notes: Comes from an affluent family. Has a reputation for not making the greatest decisions off the field. Enrolled in January 1999 to participate in spring drills but used his redshirt year in the fall. Started eight games in 2000 and completed 131-of-212 passes for 1,866 yards with 21 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Finished second in the Heisman Trophy balloting as a sophomore in '01, when he was named Associated Press Player of the Year and first-team All-Southeastern Conference. Started all 11 games and completed 259-395-3,896-34-12. In '02, completed 287-502-3,402-22-17. Positives: Has a quick release and an over-the-top delivery. Has handled pressure situations well in the past. Has a good -- not great -- arm and throws an extremely catchable ball, especially deep. His mechanics -- especially setup and compact release -- are assets. Seems to be aware in the pocket and buys time with his feet. Has football intelligence and the toughness of a pit bull. Also has good mental toughness. Likes to lift with the linemen. Teammates love his self-confidence and bring-it-on attitude. Can get the ball into tight spots because of his intermediate arm strength. Has a burning desire to win. Negatives: Can be lazy and rubs people the wrong way at times because of his confidence. Likes to party. Got by on natural talent at Florida. When things didn't go well in '02, Grossman was out of sync a lot and made too many off-balance throws. Can escape pressure but is not a threat to tuck and run. Has average overall mechanics. Accuracy down the field is limited, as it is when he throws on the move. Will need to be schooled on what the "football classroom" means. Struggles in new offense weren't entirely related to fresh scheme and changes in his surroundings, but teams will critique his ineffectiveness without Steve Spurrier and the wealth of talent that left for the NFL in 2002. Didn't display great accuracy at his Scouting Combine workout. Summary: Another year at Florida probably would not have hurt Grossman, but he figures to be drafted on the first day

baggs....Grossman's a stud. He's got a good arm, and he does some good things. His last year with Spurrier there, when he had some decent talent around him, he was very, very good. He didn't have a good O-line this year....I know that. Kiper was talking about that constantly.....saying how s***ty the O-line was, and then how he had a new system implimented and all that. When Kordell is done being a Chicago Bear....it will be Grossman's turn. Anyways....how about the Bills taking McGahee? Holy s***....when he got his knee messed up....I thought he was done. All I can do is hope that he is not done.....because if he is, the Bills are in some deep s***. thats what scares me with florida QB's...when they leave spurrier , their performance declines bigtime...i dont know what to think about this pick...i still think if we needed a qbwe should have kept our 4th pick and stuck with leftwich..especially since our history of developing QB's is horrible...of course it wil ltake about 5 years to see if this was the right move...

heather , thats what they are spinning to save face...denny green gave the real scoop..they got faked out by another team
-
denny green , working for espn now , said another team was on the phone with minnesota faking a deal to move up in the draft to prevent minnesota from trading down because they picked in the next few picks and knew a team was trying to trade up ahead of them for the player they wanted....so this team kept minnesota tied up saying..if you do this we will swaps picks with you and before minnesota knew it their pick was up.....not sure who the team was but they made minnesota look stupid
-
it says "minnesota versus chciago cubs" is that abad omen or what :puke
-
hope thats true about his "intangables"..could be a nice pick if its true...
-
the viqueens front office is more up then the sox???
-
one thing scares me about grossman..well 2 things actually 1. he's a florida QB 2. 6'1' 215 lbs someone give me a scouting report on him...how is his arm??..can he make al lthe throws like leftwich can..can he make that 20 yard deep out pass??? to me this still makes no sense...if we wanted a first round QB we should have took leftwich...with this pick i think id have taken one of the t op wr's left...give kordell some targets to throw too
-
gee guys, now i feel better
-
paulie isnt feeling well physically though......and thats gotta be tough to go out there every day and play .......his mental game sucks too as you mentioned.....gotta be tough.. maybe we should put them all in a therapy session or two lol..........i have a feeling frank isnt seeing too much at 1st as an end result of words he and kw had a few weeks ago..........i could be wrong, but i believe that hes being punished right now......or as i like to call it in the "kw dog house"......... he does play better when hes in the field.. maye we could get that guy form "the natural" "losing i a disease...as contagous as the clap"
-
cool post one thing about daubach..ive folowed his career since july of '00...0-15 is pretty common with this guy...in boston he could wear the collar a whole week and then get a seeing eye single and all of a sudden go 11-15 and carry the team on his back...but when all is said and done his numbers over his 4 year career are as about as consistent as they come...he is very much like ray durham in that aspect...hot , cold , hot , cold, but in the end hes' always there look for daubach to get a cheap here soon and go on a serious hot streak

he said he tried to do it behind close doors...and since hedidnt call anyone out by name i dont see where he did anything wrong...atleast he is trying...not sitting on his ass as another season starts to head down the drain... how the hell can anyone support this team??..this run here from '01 on has been worse than the '70 season...atleast then you knew they sucked and there was no hope...this team just sits there year after year like a bump on a log...no emotion , no passion , no effort....i cant take a 3rd year of this...ill get an early start on coaching football if this doesnt turn around soon...i can put up with s***ty teams..but ill be damned if im going to take my family and drop a 150 bucks at a game to watch a team that doesnt even try to play the game the right way and looks like it doesnt care...if i wanted that kind of baseball id have become a cub fan...the party atmosphere is better at wrigley...thats why people who dont care about baseball go there.. 14k last night...sounds like alot of people agree with me..
-
id agree with that..lee is average at best..more than likely making him below average
