  1. This game is no way to treat small children.
  2. Is the hit streak gonna live or die?
  3. Them damn Rangers are using lights on the scoreboard again. Crafty devils.
  4. And thus caps off the complete assfishing of our team tonight.
  5. So....is Tracey going to be the highlight of the game? I hope that the chances of that are not remote......thanks Juan.
  6. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 21, 2006 -> 10:07 PM) I'm not ready to blame this whole slump on Ozzie, as it's a massive slump by the whole team. However, when things are going bad, that's when you need your manager/coaches to be at his best. It's easy to manage a team when you're hitting 5 homers and the pitchers are throwing complete games. Showalter managed a phenomenal game tonight with his decision to pull Wasdin when he did. I know. There's plenty of blame to throw around, and a lot of people deserve it.
  7. I don't think I've ever seen a team that was in need of a shakeup more. I'm thinking we have to make a move of some sort.
  8. Our offense is soo fishing sad right now...... I thought we got rid of this pull brigade.
  9. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 21, 2006 -> 10:04 PM) I just simply don't know what the hell he was thinking leaving Cotts in to face Mench. Mench is very good against lefties, and has destroyed Cotts. If you have Tracey warming up, bring him in the damn game. Ozzie is destroying a lot of Sox fans inside.
  10. Wow. Sean was our most impressive pitcher tonight.
  11. At lot of it goes on Ozzie, IMO. We had a great chance to get some momentum from the first game against the Tigers. Then we don't use our starting lineup the next two games, which cost us in game 3.
  12. 2-2 2 HR....er 3-3...3 HR At least we'll see Sean tonight. See what he's got.
  13. QUOTE(Beastly @ Jul 21, 2006 -> 09:11 PM) I have been watching this team this year, and they are breaking my heart. I don't care if they've gotten any better from those days, or the Jeff Nelson days, the Pen is still a mess. The handling of the pen is a mess.
  14. Why even more people don't throw even more ptiches there against Jim is beyond me.
  15. But Jon Garland has numbers like Willis.....where's that post that said so. Lil' help?
  16. At least we could do that. Two homers, minimum, for the Sox next inning. Plus, a double.
  17. ¿Double play, por FAVOR?
  18. What a shabby mustache for the Rangers' 1st base coach.
  19. Joey Cora's luck is running out. Iguchi is one of the few people I trust to come through with the bases loaded. Why you send AJ there is beyond me.
  20. Pods does well, and we still fish it up.
  21. Wow, rather curious move.
  22. Brian almost took one in the cup. Brian can't deal with that inside corner.
  23. Nice job Juan. Let's go Brian. Extend it.
  24. Hit one into the outfield seats, Joe.
