No hitting coach is preaching to swing at garbage out of the zone and never take a walk. There is no coaching or approach on earth that would help players doing this. This is all on the players.

Vaughn in this right field is gonna be rough

What else you want him to do? Team is playing like shit. Probably as bored watching this as we are. Gotta entertain himself somehow.

Cool 6-2

Robert having some issues right now

I dunno man. I'm trying to hold onto that, but they're close to 40 games already. Starting to think this is what they are.

It was a bad setup and throw, but yeah. Would've taken a great throw. Still got to give yourself a chance.

Bad setup and throw by Robert.

Well, that's kinda new.

An endless supply of Eloys to replace each one that got hurt

My only hope with him is that lots of really good players are struggling mightily still, so maybe he'll turn it around.

If the Sox had a team full of guys like Moncada they'd score 5 runs a game

Letting pitchers get you out by swinging at garbage is dumb baseball. I really can't stand watching dumb baseball.

That was like a 7 pitch at-bat and ZERO were actually strikes.

Can they PLEASE stop swinging at balls outside and almost in the dirt?

Yeesh Yoan

Once again

Yeah I wouldn't give too much weight to this start for Lucas. He's a solid #1 starter easy. It just feels like 2 runs is insurmountable to this offense.

Lol now the ump is calling every borderline pitch

Not sure there's anything to snap out of. I don't think this is a good offense. Too many holes.

Yaz with decent throws. Both steals on Lucas.

This strike zone also sucks tonight

Why send Harrison there. Why.

Sox look like they don't have a chance right now
