It's a tough situation for the bullpen--injuries, poor performance, and a bad back of the rotation for most of the season. It's a lot of stress. Plus the whole major leagues has the same problems, so replacing these guys is really tough.

This bullpen is 2007-puke worthy.

Before today, Quintana was on pace to make 33 starts and 206 innings. Would 215-220 be better, yeah. But he takes the ball and does the most he can with what he has.

The Sox pen did have a perfect four inning performance a few weeks ago. They should do that again.

Tigers 61-47 at the 2/3 point. +50 in run diff and their bullpen has a 4.55 ERA. With Price now, that bullpen isn't going to be used a ton. They should win 95.
