I think the ruling last night was more wrong than the ruling today. That said, the rule needs to change. Just my opinion, but the only thing they should outlaw is a runner "blowing up" a catcher. Get there in time or be out.

I hope Sale goes every six days the rest of the season (with Rodon getting a few September starts), and then the final game vs the Royals, which could be an important game...plus to send out Paulie with a win hopefully.

Didn't watch much today, but I actually agree with Hawk that maybe he should just sit in San Francisco. Maybe just take BP on Wednesday and be ready to pinch hit, but otherwise, get Abreu's sea legs back.

Good. I hope the Mariners and Royals go down to the end for the 2nd wildcard, and the Sox have something to say about it the final weekend. It would be cool if Paulie got a big hit to knock the Royals out on the last day of the season.
