We already know what we have in the first 3. Yes, he's made a few bonehead mistakes, but the dude is one of the few guys hitting these days. .333/.390/.426 in August. He's up to a .282/.360/.413 split vs RHP this year.

I think he absolutely was rushed after sitting out that year for injury. Mitchell had a .550 OPS in Birm and Charlotte in 2013. He starts out the exact same way in Charlotte this year, gets sent down and, suddenly he's a new player.
