GT 6-4: Sox @ Rays (12:40pm)
6/5 and his name is Yarbrough (two syllables)

And That's a White Sox Winner !!!!
If my count is right, the Sox are 14-19 when they score 3 or fewer runs before the 10th inning. Which means 3 or fewer runs 33 out of 51 games. But good win today.

Probably had something to do with replacing Cease and Graveman in Toronto.

6/4/22 Sox @ Rays, 3:10 pm
Andrew Vaughn’s 162nd game played. OPS+ is 100. Not bad considering he never played in AA or AAA.

Andrew McCutchen and Gordon Beckham made their debuts 13 years ago today. One is still playing, the other is styling Benetti’s hair on the pregame show.

6/3 Games
Based on recent events Haseley for Sheets seems like a no-brainer.

6/3 Games
Maybe after this weekend and they get back home, Monday could be like the day after the NFL season ends, and some changes are made. Or I could just be hoping.

That’s why I never bring him up. He’s attached at Reinsdorf’s hip now, and that’s not changing. Best hope, he chooses to retire after this season. I won’t be holding my breath.

Where are Hahn and KW?
You know what sucks? This team could very well get a little healthier, play semi-good baseball in July and August by beating division teams, and win this weak ass division with 85-87 wins. Now, what’s wrong with that? I’ll tell you… They’ll play the “nobody believed in us” card while they put the Division Champions hats and shirts on, and then immediately lose 2 out of 3 at home, or at the most, make it to the division series and go out quietly like last year. At that point, it’ll be, “the postseason is a crapshoot, and we’re proud of how this team bounced back in the second half”. Same shit, different year. And on to more roster moves that don’t put the Sox over the top in 2023. (If this doesn’t happen, and they actually make the ALCS this year, I will bump this and call myself out)

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Curious why they’re taking a bus to Buffalo to fly down to Florida. edit- avoids showing negative Covid tests

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Sunday will be his last game. Sticking with that.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Thought crossed my mind today…what could the Sox get for 1.5 years of Giolito? That’s how bad this team looks.

He’s toast. Let him go.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
If the Sox had nearly 100% health, they’d be in first place now. The problem is no team has 100% health, and they have a few veterans that are either playing hurt, or just suck now. Plus the coaching staff is bad, and there is no depth…that’s on ownership and the front office. We root for a bad organization. That’s all there is to it. Everything has to go right for this team to make a World Series, and since it won’t happen, Reinsdorf has seen his last baseball team win a championship.

Buried by the 4th of July. Sox may go 10-20 the next 30. Wouldn’t surprise me at all.

Here comes a Jay Cuda tweet about hitting with the bases loaded.
