  1. I agree with Jas when he said Griffen could play. I think they have a good enough team without Portis, although he did carry the team at times this season.
  2. :knob I was trying to be nice, geez. Go back to work!!!!
  3. Haha, that's some funny stuff. Have a blast with that one in class.
  4. Name - 0/10; Who would pick the name Steff? You would have to be pretty messed up to pick such an odd name. Avatar - N/A. Signature - 100000/10; Just awesome, never seen a better one, wish I had one like it, just incredible. Man, what a great sig.
  5. Sun-Times Top 100 Sports Moments What a joke. How on Earth is Mike Tyson biting Evander Holifield's ear the eight greatest moment in sports. The miracle on ice is number one, yet the miracle on the mat is no where to be seen. Rulon Gardner's upset over Alexandre Karelin was a bigger upset than the USA beating the Soviets in hockey in 1980. He was going for his fourth straight gold medal, and is one of the best athletes to ever live, regardless of sport. He was a machine; bigger, tougher, stronger than Ivan Drago from Rocky IV (if that was real life). He did not suffer a defeat in nine consecutive world championships (from '89 to '99, meaning he didn't lose one single match). He had previously defeated Gardner at the WC's 5-0 in '98. Greatest Upset In Wrestling Great Article About Karelin's Dominance
  6. Eddie Murphy, Denis Leary, Rowin Atkinson, George Carlin, and Jerry Seinfeld in no particular order.
  7. Actually, IIRC the Hornets had great attendence until the owner f***ed everything up. I don't remember exactly what, but I know that he really pissed off the people of Charlotte, and that's why they wouldn't go to the games.
  8. That's because we got what seems like no wins from the five spot, and disappointing seasons from MB and the tub of goo. Loz was a pleasent surprise, he was the only one who suceeded expectations.
  9. Wait, so it's illegal to watch porn while driving? Damn, seems like a silly law. I was also confused by the coment that "drivers should be driving," I hadn't any idea.
  10. I'm like the Johnny Cochran though, I am not sure you guys can afford me.
  11. Why spend money just to spend money? We could have easily gotten stuck with a bunch of crappy contracts which we would all hate next season. There were only a few FAs which I really wanted to sign, the rest were take em or leave em.
  12. Yeah I agree. Uribe struggles at the plate, not in the field.
  13. Oh man, I have never heard that one before...
  14. This has to be a joke...I am going to give Brando the benefit of the doubt here because I can only assume that he was dropped many, many times as a young child.
  15. Someone drank too much tonight. :headshake
  16. Is there anyone in the world who is not a fan of those damn rodents?
  17. I am not sure about you guys, but I'd like to see some more pictures of Kris Honel playing catch.
  18. I can't see Cotts in the rotation. He seems kind of similar to Scho to me, at this point of his career. I don't know either of them well enough though, so I very well could be wrong.
  19. I thought ya went ta N'Western, so you'd be still in college.
  20. I don't know who Larry Sanders is. While I am an asshole, I do not suck. My humor just must not be as 'whitty' as your humor. Dang, what am I ever to do?
  21. My avatar is the Dave Schultz Wrestling Club (DSWC) logo. That is the club I wrestled at before college while not competing in the high school season. It is a ninja with a katana. My sig is Gray Maynard of Michigan State. He was an All-American at 157 lbs. He is throwing a U of I wrestler, whom he pins from the throw. It's just a mean looking pic. I took a bunch of pictures of me wrestling when I was in Pennslyvannia last weekend and I am going to scan them whenever I get them developed. I'll post some of them My name, well Heads made my name because registration back when was so messed up. --The late Dave Schultz was a legend in USA Wrestling, and he was murdered too early in his life by a friend. His wife and friends/teammates started the club in his memory. My coach at the club, it was the Illinois section of DSWC, was Ed Giese. Giese was a former coach at N'Western and Minnesota, as well as a former member of Team USA and several time natl champion. I will wrestle through the Michigan WC now though (they pay for travel and entry fees because I am considered an adult now).
