Santos being groomed as closer of the future?
Reminds me of when we had Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaardsma. Dude was awesome for a month and then sucked ass, though now he's closing for the Mariners (at least I think he still is)

GAME THREAD: 4/8, CLE v CHW, 7:10pm CSN+
I have a feeling this offense will be pretty decent once it starts to warm up a bit, im not hitting the panic button on the offense 3 games into the year

April 7th Game Thread vs Cleveland
QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Apr 7, 2010 -> 10:34 PM) I'd have no issues moving Dank2, Hudson, Flowers, Viciedo, or any other prospects. Floyd + Beckham is probably what it'll take, nobody wants any of those guys besides Hudson

4/5/10 Opening day IGT. White Sox vs. Cleveland Indians
QUOTE (The Baconator @ Apr 5, 2010 -> 03:37 PM) Unable to watch the game today. I've heard mention of spectacular plays by Burls and Rios; I imagine they will be available on whitesox.com soon, correct? they'll be on ESPN for sure Big Hurt said it was the best play he's ever seen a pitcher make

4/5/10 Opening day IGT. White Sox vs. Cleveland Indians
QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Apr 5, 2010 -> 11:49 AM) Whoever said high scoring affair, I agree with. I just hope Mark doesn't give up 5 in the first inning. Cleveland hits him pretty well. He has a 4.97 ERA against them the last three years, although not having V-Mart will be big. at least sizemore isn't leading off, that way when he goes deep off mark it won't be another leadoff homer i'll predict a 5-2 Sox winner

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Apr 5, 2010 -> 09:17 AM) Isn't that an everyday thing? Jerry: "Kramer, what's with all these balloons?! New Years is almost a year away!" Kramer: "Jerry (rolls eyes), these are my everyday balloons!"

ST: White Sox @ Braves, 6:05 CT
Pretty sure every ball Konerko has hit today has been a ground ball, one squeaked through for an RBI
-
ST: White Sox @ Braves, 6:05 CT
don't let the box score fool you, the grounder hit by Glaus should've been an out Alexei looked like he was sleeping on that play, his reaction time was terrible
-
ST: White Sox @ Braves, 6:05 CT
For those who aren't watching the game, Beckham looks solid at 2B tonight, even made a spin move on a sharp grounder
-

ESPN: Top 3 Rotations/Bullpens in MLB
http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=5043794 I'm actually shocked at where they picked us in this video, given it's ESPN Anyways, nice to see more national (east coast) recognition I put this in PHT, because the Sox are included. I just didn't want to spoil the ranking in the subtitle for those who hadn't seen the video yet
