Thank you. Hardcore or not we can all make well thought out posts without getting personal. Arguing good points is what this is here for. A lot of the stuff that happens here would turn into a fight if it was taking place in person.

In the short time I have been apart of this talk site it has taken a turn for the worse. Most od the posts are out of line and end up way off the subject and get personal. If you don't know then don't post something just to post it. We need to get back to good Whitesox posts where we can go back and forth on issues relating to the Sox. That being said, Huge game tonight. We can take 1st place with a win. We have Buehrle going against Washburn who has struggled this year and Buehrle is pitching as good as he ever has as of late. We need to take the last 2 games of this series and end the west coast for this year on a positive note. So, Please let us get back to good Sox talk and stop this nonsense. I would hate to leave this site or friends of mine that I turned on to this place to leave. You all have some knowledge but some recent occurences make people not want to post in fear of getting ripped apart by other members of the board. Remember, we are all here because we are Sox fans and care about the same thing.

Neal definately showed last night he has potential as he is not overpowering but suprising. the Angel hitters were off balance against him and couldn't hit the strikes he threw. His outing reminded me a lot of how Garland started out. Trying to be too perfect. He needs to just go out and throw. he has the stuff as does Garland but Neal will need to learn to throw strikes and let your D help you out. Our D has been great this year. Neal will be a starting pitcher in this league. Also, I think as Sox fans we think someone who is called up should throw a gem because it happens to us all the time but that is all we see. Pitchers are called up all the time that get shelled in their first outing, we just don't see it. If his first start was against us it might have been better.

The lineup I wanted to see except Rowand in center against the Southpaw.

Understand. I know some were down on Colon but I loved the deal when it happened and I still do. Without him we aren't even close in the race. Wright is our 4th starter and who knows who would have been our 5th starter, Gil Heredia? Not saying you have to like him on a personal level or join any sort of live fest, just show some support for a very important cog in the Whitesox wheel.

I think the Sox should move toward a 4 man rotation. We can't continue to give away every 5th game. The pithers are asking for. They have all gone to management and said they want that duty. They want it on their shoulders. They ant to knoe it is up to them. Not a random 5th starter. Any thoughts?

HSC, what is the matter with you. He has been lights out for the last 4-5 weeks. This guy won 10 games for the Expos last year. He is just fine and you better start supporting him because he is a intrical part for this team to be a winner. It sounds like you would rather him suck than the Sox win. Come on. It is rediculous to be like that. You don't have to like the guy but you have to support the team of which you claim to be a huge fan. This is the type of thing Cubs fans do. You are a fan of a team that is 1 game out of first and hasn't reached its full potential yet. In the playoffs they will have as good a top 3 pitchers as anyone which gives then a chance. I know your hatred toward Colon but get over and pull for the guy. We need him to win.

I don't see KC as a tough team anymore. Scrappy yes but they can't touch our starting pitching and their starters have nothing on our hitters. The only guy we can't hit is McDougal.
