  1. Another one. Lol.
  2. LOL, ok he’s really laying it on the line here with this prediction but he did say one of the many conversations. Hmmm...?
  3. Only if it’s for the backend of the rotation. They need someone for the top of the rotation as well.
  4. I would like this if it’s for the backend of the rotation and if they also trade for a top of the rotation starting pitching or if they sign one.
  5. Not Steve Cishek tweeted that Kopech’s fastball is at 97-99 mph with good control, elite spin and ride on fastball but the club is cautiously optimistic and still active in the SP market. Also tweeted that Springer is still there top target and they are working on signing him in the near future. Al’s cheesy beef tweeted that the Sox are looking to add two SP’s this offseason.
  6. I would be fine with this.
  7. This better not be the best starting pitcher they acquire this offseason. It will be disappointing if it is.
  8. Ok makes sense now. Thanks for clarifying.
  9. The timing of this move is rather interesting. Their 40 man roster is set now with this move and the purchasing of the contracts of Sheets, Johnson and Burger so if they sign a major league player before the non tender deadline, they would need to designate a player for assignment or place a player on waivers.
  10. Good, I like that they are left off. Lowers expectations. Quite frankly, if we miss out on him I wouldn’t be disappointed at all.
  11. Ahh you have a point there. If nothing happens he can deny it because his initials are not on the tweet.
  12. I bet he’s full of crap. James said that PortillosHamburger seems to have good intel but he didn’t say anything about Al’s Cheesy Beef. I guess we’ll find out very soon.
  13. I know it’s very quiet right now. No rumors or anything. I’m thinking either by Thanksgiving or the non-tender deadline things will start picking up a little bit. We just have to be patient.
  14. I’ve been searching and searching but to no avail. Even the food twitter sites accounts are quiet.
  15. Why are you like this?
  16. I have nothing against you. Maybe a misunderstanding on my part. Let’s just move on.
  17. I went back and edited my post. However, it was not meant to single out a certain group. You sound very bitter.
  18. I actually like this hire. We needed someone that can relate everyone on the team. Brings balance to the clubhouse. Could be a possible replacement when TLR leaves.
  19. I’m not worried about this at all. If we miss out on Springer there are options out there. Even via trade. It’s still early in the offseason.
