Konerko needs to hurry back...changes the whole complexion of the line-up (obviously). Not just his bat, but the way he takes his walks. Please be back tomorrow.
Could be a momentum changer there.
Long inning sitting on the sidelines for Morrow, and no damage done. Maybe Morrow won't be as sharp coming back here.
78 pitches through 6 for Morrow. He should have no problem getting through 8...if the Sox can't mix a hit or two in, he could finish this off.
Sox need to hold. There have been a few games this year where if we could have just held the opposition where they were it felt like the Sox offense could steal the game. Last night being a good example...
Nate needs to put a zero up here.

Weren't people saying Blue Jay pitching wasn't that good yesterday?
It isn't...their bullpens a mess. Romero and Morrow are good. Not much else.

It would be nice to have Toronto's pitching
The two guys we've seen anyway...Sox have caught some favorable pitching matchups so far this year. This series has gone the other way. Romero vs. Humber and Morrow vs. Quintana doesn't scream wins.
For some reason, I just have a major annoyance problem with Rasmus, Lawrie, Davis, Batista and Escobar. I just look at their faces and I wanna punch them.
Swing the damn bat Ramirez.

Maybe it's just playing the Blue Jays, but the offense just looks listless compared to how they were looking during The Streak...
Romero and Morrow make a lot of teams look that way...The Sox scored enough to win last night...and it's been one inning against Morrow tonight.

Wouldn't be surprising. Seemed he was having a hard time last week getting around on the ball.
If it was hurting him last week and two days off didn't do the trick, I wonder how long he's gonna need...
