Here's Bob Fontaine's replacement,
The White Sox named Dave Wilder as the organization's director of player development Monday. Wilder replaces Bob Fontaine, who left the White Sox after four seasons to become vice president of scouting with the Seattle Mariners.
Wilder, 43, joined the organization on Nov. 5 as a special assistant to general manager Ken Williams. Wilder spent the last four seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers, working as a special assignment scout in 2003 and after serving as vice president-player personnel from 2000-02.
