Here is a link to the story if anyone cares to read about it: Russian Dealers Provide Iraq With Supplies, Electronics

This is from the website of the Jerusalem Post: EXCLUSIVE: US TROOPS CAPTURE CHEMICAL PLANT (17:35) The Jerusalem Post's Caroline B. Glick, on the road to Baghdad with the US 3rd Infantry, reports it has captured what could be the first chemical weapons plant uncovered since the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Have to be a member I guess to read what they report

Not because of you. I've hated Porzio for a long time, I had to put him on the inactive list so I could get White on the team.

Pentagon: Group of U.S. soldiers killed or captured

I'm watching FOX News, so take this as you want. They are reporting that Russia sold jamming technology to Iraq so that US Bombs would miss their intended target. And that as late as LAST WEEK Russian officials we're in Iraq showing the Iraqis how to use this equipment.

It's not really hard because everything happens so fast. But I agree.

I bought WSB2K3 as well, hasn't gotten here yet. I don't really have a use for all of the features that ASB has in the franchise. It's still too early to decide I guess. Didn't see any throwback jersey's yet. Yeah, you select the pitch, then the meter starts. You have to hit x, then the meter goes down, then it heads back up where you have to stop it in the green.

I've got the news on now. Reporter with the 101st says the soldier was shot in the leg and is ofcourse surrounded by US Troops.

Interesting. The military is blaming terrorists.

Nah, I went with Colon. I was up against James Baldwin, needless to say, he didn't last long. Four run first inning knocked him out.

I'm back with yet another PS2 review. Just some quick backround info. MVP Baseball is a product of EA Sports, everything in the game has been redesigned from the previous series "Triple Play". Alright, lets get this show on the road. Unlike ASB2004, no lame Smash Mouth music greeting you when this game begins. Players and managers from the Diamondbacks let me know the following, "If it's in the game, It's in the game." I was unaware of this. Anyway, not much in the way of a video package to introduce the game, but that didn't bother me. The main screen of the game blows away ASB in my opinion. The graphics are tremendous, but I expected nothing else from EA, they do one hell of a job. The announcers are good, I can see why they went away from the announcers who did the Triple Play series. Don't want to have anything pertaining to the old series in the new series. One thing that I cannot stand is that this game very much revolves around the analog joystick. You can't do anything without it, I'm not a fan, but after awhile of playing the game, I started to get used to it. No batting cursor like you have in ASB, which to me is a good thing. Before every at-bat you see the hitter hot and cold zones, which is a great feature. The camera views while you're hitting are great as well. X swings, and you can use the joystick to decide if you want to get the ball up in the air or on the ground. Pitching is real tricky. They went with something you would see in a golf game. Where you decide how much power the pitch has, then you have to stop the cursor in the green area. I think it's an interesting new feel to the game, I haven't played it enough to say if I love it or not. Franchise mode is pretty sweet, but not as deep as ASB. No minor league players as far as I can see, however Josh Paul is on the team. As far as the roster goes: Olivo, Borchard, Rios are on the team. Well, the first two we're inactive when I began playing my franchise. I just put Josh Paul on the inactive list along with that douche Porzio. (I can't believe he is in this game) :fyou Porzio. ASB beats MVP in the sense that the manager has way more options in ASB then MVP. As I talked about in the ASB review, you can send the manager to the bump to have a talk, and you can warmup pitchers to. In MVP, you just take the pitcher out and that's about it. I won my first game of the season against KC, 10-9. Had a 7-3 lead and blew it, Colon got hit hard, then Gordon let the flood gates open. Came back with 4 in the 9th to take the lead, ofcourse I gave the ball to Koch, and he had some Keith Foulke aciton going. Had the tying run on 3rd with two down, and snuck out of the jam with a fly ball to right. If anyone has questions I'll do my best to answer them.

I saw the thread, very weak. The thread is there, but it is now locked, so that nobody else can chime in.

As far as Colon's outing today, s*** happens. Call me if he's getting hammered in May. Magglio is going to have his biggest season yet this year.

Photos from GW1 Photos are kinda graphic.

Works for me 420, don't click the links. I know that gives an error. Try opening up another window and then pasting the link.

There are more photos, but I don't want to upload all of them. I picked the ones I thought we're the best. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK. COPY AND PASTE THE URL.

I'm pretty sure for these to work you have to copy and paste the url in a new window or something like that. I would attach them but for some reason that option isn't on these boards. http://www.geocities.com/sellhigh22/US1.jpg http://www.geocities.com/sellhigh22/US2.jpg http://www.geocities.com/sellhigh22/US3.jpg http://www.geocities.com/sellhigh22/US4.jpg
