That game was the s***. I remember you could run your player into the wall and it would make this loud thud-like sound. I would do that over and over again. Hours of laughs. I own and still play the N64 version of Griffey baseball, when you do a season, the scores are real high earlier in the year, but once you get half way through the season they start to come way down. I've got way to much time on my hands, so I love to play all 162 games in a season, if the game is good.

Pfft! I'm old enough to play that game.

Well, I'm just going to go lay down then.

I've gotten Vice City from Amazon, which wasn't a problem.

Here's an update on my situation: Amazon took my money already. Looks like the game will be shipping tomorrow, so I should get it by Tuesday. Look for a review from me by a week from today. More updates soon.

I don't care about the money aspect of it. I just figured I would pre-order all 3 baseball titles at once, so I wouldn't forget about buying them. I'm going to wait a few more days and see what happens.

f***! I payed 49.99, and they STILL have yet to ship the game to me. They claim it will be here by the 13, but it hasn't shipped. Pisses me off.

I would usually buy only one baseball game. But since I've had PS2 since it came out, I've only had 2 games and only played like 5 titles on it, I figured I would expand a little.

I remember I turned that Cubs game off when they we're just playing like crap. When I flipped back, Hawk was going ape s*** and the place was up for grabs.

Well ASB 2004 shipped this past weekend. Anyway, I ordered: (ALL ON PS2) ASB 2004 MVP Baseball 2003 from EA Sports which used to be Triple Play, but EA brought it in house and redid everything so that'll own. World Series Baseball 2k3 Also ordered GTA Vice City, but that's a whole other thread. I'll have reviews up of all this and much much more when I get the games.

Bruce Levine reports that the Sox are still trying to work out a long term deal with Buehrle. I'm not bashing Mark, but I wish he would just come out and tell the media what he wants. Every time the media asks about a long term deal, he just says that his agent and the Sox couldn't agree.
