Minnesota has to be feeling nervous too. Twins cant believe they can sit back during this series and still win it. And if you think about it, if we're leading after the series Minn. only has more pressure to beat Detroit. If Det. all of the sudden surges against the Twins next week and we do well against KC and NY............it will be like a huge fricken snowball going into the playoffs. I may be the only one in here who believes it, but the tigers WILL do damage against the Twins next week. We just have to get the job done now.

I know I was expecting the Twins to lose this game. You would of figured that Gardenhire starting Santana in the final game of the Clev. series instead of us would of somehow backfired. But, of course it didn't. Those kind of moves only blow up when Manuel makes them.

Sox are going to have to play a hell of a game tomorrow. These types of games seem to propel the Twins. Sox win 2/3 or sweep and the season still wont be ours; Royals must be taken care of next week. Not to mention the Yankees, who are playing like their usual selves.

Just as I posted that I see Minn. now leads 13-6.

Well, Kc already won and Minn is still leading 10-6 going into the top of the 9th. If Cleve. atleast dents the bullpen in the manner that the twins did to us in game two, then I'll feel better about this loss. As far as MLB.com goes, they already have the twins figured for the win. Baseball Gods have to hand the Twins this loss. They have been lucky as hell in the last month: including the last out, 9th inning rallys against Baltimore and Anaheim. Cleveland, WAKE UP!
