Can't see anything but a box with a red 'X' in its upper lefthand corner.

I've gotten that too...First of all, it DOES NOT open a bunch of screens. It's sliding motion across the screen amkes it look like it does, but it doesn't. Second of all, It is EASY to get rid of!!! Immediately hit "ctrl+alt+delete," and it was gone! IT'S NOT HARD, PEOPLE!!!
