  10. Eaton's OBP has been outstanding
  11. Jump on him offense

  13. QUOTE (flavum @ Aug 1, 2015 -> 04:10 PM) https://twitter.com/KlayThompson/status/627580458893643776 Carroll may just be coverage for tonight because of last night. Trayce will probably be in the lineup tomorrow, I would think. What makes you think he will be in the lineup? I hope they let him start in CF or RF and DH either Eaton or Avi
  14. Good, glad he is back. I assume Shuck will be going on the DL
  15. I mentioned this in the gamethread but nobody seemed on board. "He needs the experience" I think was the argument for him staying up here. He has way too much to work and I think it would be best for him to do it in AAA. Similar to Micah Johnson, he could hit but really needed to work on his fielding. Rodon has the stuff but doesn't have the command at all. Erik Johnson has IMO is back to the form we were all excited about last year so I would rather bring him up and see if we have something for the future. Knowing where he is at will help determine what we need to do in the off-season regarding starting pitching.
  16. First post is updated. Still 3.5 games back but being passed by more teams
  17. Glad we brought in the guy who pitched 2 innings yesterday lol
  18. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 31, 2015 -> 08:34 PM) The #4/5 starters coming into the season was a huge blunder by Hahn. I think we can fix one of them with Erik Johnson for now
  19. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 31, 2015 -> 08:32 PM) There's no issue with him being at the back of the rotation, he's basically a pretty good #4 starter who has good upside. But anyone who thought he was going to destroy the league and be this huge record setter as a rookie...was just fooling themselves. He is fine on a team that doesn't want to compete this year and we are that team. He gets experience but we can't realistically believe we can win with him and Danks going 2 out 5 times.
  20. QUOTE (SouthSideSale @ Jul 31, 2015 -> 08:30 PM) It's like this team forgot how to win in 48 hours Or this pitcher isn't cut out for this spot yet.
  21. Rodon is just horrible when he is in the stretch. Wow.
  22. What a bad jump by Adam. Jesus
  23. chip away. Can't let up more runs though
  24. LaRoche pops up or strikes out 90% of the time
