QUOTE (scs787 @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 04:47 PM) Batting 6th or 7th he'd be fine. Look at the A's, who have the best offense in baseball.. Brandon Moss0 -.257/.336/.497 Josh Donaldson- .246/.331/.463 You can have a really good offense with guys like that in your lineup... I wish he would bat 6th or 7th, been asking for that the past 3 years... I get he isn't the problem with the offense but still want him replaced

Alright guys I get it... My stance still stands though, he sucks Gordon sucks worse though

I can't believe people are trying to back up Dunn. And I can't believe people want him back next year.

QUOTE (Vance Law @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 04:33 PM) Batting average is a pretty meaningless stat without any other context. Especially in the context of an .845 OPS against righties. He is still horrible and I can't wait until he is gone

QUOTE (raBBit @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 04:21 PM) Dunn is 22nd in the AL in OPS. Ahead of Pujols, Donaldson, Cespedes, Longoria and Jacoby Ellsbury. How is he the problem? Did you just carry this over from the offseason? He is still horrible.. .227 with 44 RBIs? what kind of DH/1B is that?

QUOTE (flavum @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 04:21 PM) If it were the late 1970's, he'd be sitting in the pen right now. He would probably be an awesome closer if starting doesn't pan out for him

QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 04:15 PM) Danish 1.0 IP, 0H, 0R, 0BB, 2K Josh Norris @jnorris427 · 4m Danish showing off that gorgeous changeup again. Two Ks in the first. I bet he would be our 2nd best pitcher out of the been on the MLB team

This bullpen plus Beckham and Dunn makes this team look horrible. Why we haven't replaced Beckham with just about anyone else is beyond me. Semien for Beckham Wilkins for Dunn Bullpen is pretty much unfixable at this point

Wow.....

Here comes the s***ty bullpen... Need to win today with Toronto losing again. Come on!

Has Beckham been put on waivers at?? Good lord

great battle by Q.. Tough conditions today

Tank!!

Gillaspie seems to be in a funk

We look horrible

Looks like Conor didn't show up today

QUOTE (greg775 @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 02:05 PM) Looks like the bad Sox may be the team that shows up today. Hope their pitcher is as rusty as Q after the rain delay. That blown DP is huge, woulda bailed out Q in the first. I think it is going to be bad...Don't see much energy

Lucky to only give up 1... Hope our offense shows up again today

well....

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 01:30 PM) He is playing SS, Sanchez is hurt. Micah is also not in the line up? Johnson could have played 2B with Semien playing SS..

Gameday says Davidson is playing SS today

Rain delay......

I wonder if Dunn is on his way out or is hurt.. Konerko is in facing a RH.. Dunn has been horrible though, but I think I would rather Sierra in the line up then Konerko

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Aug 3, 2014 -> 12:13 PM) He's a switch hitter Still hits lefty at times lol.. He would be perfect to play 3B against lefties and DH against righties

What about Sandoval for a lefty DH?
