I believe your right about the FA part, but Hawkins has shown his ability to close before. That's why he lost his job to Everyday Eddy. I think he's better suited for setting up. I could see Foulke on the Cubs though. hawkins failed as a closer two or three years ago but he's matured. And he has closer stuff. And if he wants to make big money, he'll have to convince a team to make him a closer. Plus, when he was in Chicago last week, he mentioned that he grew up a Cubs' fan in Gary, Indiana. Sure sounded like a hint to me.

I Believe Hawkins is a free-agent after this season I predict either Hawkins or Foulke will be the Cubs' closer next season. they need that piece and Dusty will make them Spend the cash to back up that rotation.
