It sounds like they really wanted to bring both of Yermin and Collins bats to the big club with Eloy going down. They could be super useful as DH's when not catching. Lucroy may have been good, but seems he became the odd man out.

I'm fine just rolling with Vaughn in LF. Yeah the intricacies of LF may be lost on him, but he won't be asked to do too much. He needs to embrace that just like Eloy should have. Having Robert in CF makes up for that liability and just be ready for the Vaughn learning experience. Collins / Yermin at DH and I'm happy. Let's roll. This needs to be final lesson for Eloy. You actually want to win the MVP? Stay on the field and hit 50 fucking home runs dude.

There's a lot of upside to the proposed package. I guess I can see why Milwaukee would want Crochet, but at the same time they are getting a 4 players with pretty high ceilings. Stiever and Thompson are two of our better SP prospects, Heuer could be a closer, and obviously Madrigal could lead the league in batting average. All for a guy who, yes looks pretty good but also hasn't really proven it long term yet.
