And now this offensive is going to have to try and score runs off of guys like Abreu and Hader where it will be actually genuinely hard, and probably lose 1-0 in extras.

He's been good but I wouldnt say he's been 1 hitter good. Again, this has been a theme recently aside from a few good okay games sprinkled in.

Its an entire team offensive slump. A few good games sprinkled in but overall just not great. If you walk 10 times and dont score a single one, your offense is in a big time slump.

I appreciate a pitchers duel. Dude on the Astros has been alright. But this offense is just so ass that its not hard to squint and see them scoring a few runs with the earlier season version of the offense. Also, we are 2 games removed from walking 10 times and not scoring one of them. This shouldn't be as much of a duel as the game shows.

Cubs vs Brewers is intense and has a playoff feel. These teams could meet in the ALDS and its a fucking snoozefest.

Yeah he was checking if he could get the DP on Beni. The location he was catching it would have been super risky to take your eye off and drop on purpose because it could have gone behind him and everyone is safe. I thought it was pretty obviously not purposeful when seeing the replay.
