Remember, most SS hit like s***, so the bar he has to cross offensively isn't that high. He'll never walk much but if he can put the ball in play enough he should be able to hit for a high enough average to make his OBP at the SS palatable (consistently has run very high BABIPs in the minors so he could be a .350-.360 BABIP guy in the majors). Add in good baserunning and the tools to be an above average defender and that seems plenty valuable.

Though the Sox are 1-6 in the last 7 games the offense scored over 5 runs per game in that stretch. Been pretty unclutch in some key situations recently but overall I can't blame them too much. That was bad though.
