2 terrific starts this series, Burke and Castillo both with 7 dominant innings.

I agree Burke could've gone out for the 8th.

I'm trying to be positive but a win to keep Detroit 3 1/2 back felt good in the 7th inning. A loss and a 2 1/2 game lead just feels really bad. You cannot waste great starts like Burke had.

It seems like they stopped bunting in extras after they traded Hill.

Part of the point Len was actually making was that he would like regular extra inning rules but after 11 or 12 innings, just make it a tie. I don't disagree with that. I hate the Manfred Man but I guess I hate it more because our Sox seem to suck at it so badly.
