  1. Now is definitely the right time for one...
  2. Please please please prove me wrong! It's a break! I thought for sure that ball was caught.
  3. Okay FINE. Cease too. And maybe Vaughn. And maybe Cueto. But that's about it lol.
  4. Remember how hyped the crowd was for Kopech's debut? And Eloy's? God I miss those days.
  5. Abreu is the only good thing about this team. He outplays all of the 20 year olds.
  6. I have the feeling this team will get shut out. I predict my afternoon nap will commence around the end of the 4th, I'll wake up in the 8th to a score of 7-0 and Sox will have 4 more hits than they did when I fell asleep. All singles spread out over 4 innings.
  7. The incompetence rears it's ugly head day after day
  8. Are these assholes capable of scoring more than 4 runs?
  9. Grand slam or bases clearing triple incoming
  10. Benetti just sounded like "Hawk" when he said "WELP"
  11. We've had like 3 or 4 injury threads and none of them have survived. It's just constant.
  12. Holy shit what a performance. This team's strength is definitely it's rotation, aside from Giolito. Cease, Cueto, Lynn have all been nails and Kopech has been decent.
  13. Yeah it was a bad send but if you can't run from 2nd to home and slide without blowing out your knee you shouldn't be playing baseball. He didn't even make contact with it on anything...ground or a player. It just went. Given that he is a catcher, which uses and abuses knees constantly, he can't field his position anymore, and when you look at what he's done offensively when he has been "healthy", which is virtually nothing, I mean he has provided zero value to this team. It sucks for him (well, kinda, he's still making bank), but the reality is staring everyone right in the face. Not that the Sox will admit or do anything about it.
  14. All you have to do to predict injuries on this team is identify who is hot. The ones that are producing or just started to produce seem to get hurt right away.
  15. Everyone is talking about these things lmao. That and your OP.
  16. Throw all of the horrible managerial decisions aside. How do the front office personnel listen to that and not think "Ya know, maybe this guy isn't the right guy for the position?" They are too stubborn and full of ego that they won't do it. Or they're just dense.
  17. Bottom of the league payroll, yet is in 1st place mid-August and absolutely owns the Chicago White Sox who have a top 5 league payroll. You have to ask, what the fuck happened to this team? You can look at all the stats you want, ultimately the W/L speaks for itself. Incompetency has plagued this organization for decades now and it continues. It will continue until ownership and management changes. Such a sad, sad state of affairs.
  18. Lmao. Nail in the coffin for the season right there. Thing is, those were actually real good pitches from Diekman. This Cleveland team just owns the White Sox. We are their b****.
  19. Big ol T E A S E
  20. Welp, they had opportunities. Forget about tonight and win the series tomorrow. Also Detroit Sucks.
