  1. It's great for the Red Sox (won a WS with Sale, wouldn't have otherwise). And it looks good for us as well. A true win-win
  2. Everyone seems to throw out the thought that Yermin mashed at every level, not just last year at AAA. I do think he can put up those lines you stated and I predict he will do it with another team and become a top 5-10 DH. BAN BET!
  3. June - Colome July - Rodon (WILD!) mostly kidding, though I do want Rodon in the BP.
  4. I don't understand what you're trying to do here..
  5. Yes, if we are just hovering around .500 (which in my opinion would be okay for 2020), then I could see EE being shipped to a contender for a prospect if Vaughn is killing and needing a promotion anyways.
  6. Think there is no chance Abreu moves to full time DH next year?
  7. Is it just me or is Eloy walking a ton this spring? (great news)
  8. mediocrity is a nice way to put it.. But yes, I am with you
  9. I think people forgot how BAD McCann has been in his career (apart from last year). If you get a decent piece back, you 100% trade him. None of us are advocating trading him for a scrub, but if you get something interesting back you do it. It's far far far more likely he returns to being a scrub than he is being who he was last year.
  10. WHAT IF... and hear me out...... Not Steve Ciscek is acutally a Y2Jimmy burner account that he will use to praise himself so that Y2Jimmy will then become a larger writer/reporter. IT'S THE INCEPTION OF MLB RUMORS!
  11. So he is a dumb ball player for swinging at a first pitch with bases loaded once in a spring training game.. Valid statement.
  12. I think you mean Fake Steve Ciscek.
  13. Gold Glove caliber player that will most likely bat .280 as a FLOOR.. I'd say there's lots of use there.
  14. 35/100. But there's a lot more than just those numbers....
  15. They got a World Series out of it. They're super pleased with how that deal turned out.. BOTH teams should be pleased.
  16. Or you have a Clayton Kershaw/ Madison Bumgarner situation.
  17. He's had a phenomenal spring.. my 2nd of 3rd favorite sox OF
  18. His first start was really good too. 2 scoreless i believe
  19. This is his second start.. And pretty standard to go 4 in the second start.
  20. I don't care that its ST... Why is Moncada 1 and Anderson 2... We've seen this multiple times already.
  21. He is a fantastic pitcher. About to be one of the bests.
  22. I agree, I haven't made fun of him, BUT the jokes are funny. He seems to have given up, sucks. I don't know if it warrants compassion though if the guy just gives up after making millions. I am fine with the jokes assuming he didn't take rehab seriously (likely) and continues taking our paychecks.
