Clubs have until the fifth day after the World Series to tender a qualifying offer to free agents, which is Monday, Nov. 7. Free agents can begin signing with any team on the sixth day after the World Series, which is Tuesday, Nov. 8. The 12th day after the World Series, Nov. 12, is the deadline for free agents to accept qualifying offers from their old clubs.
