Wow, that's aggressive return, especially sitting on a bike seat. It's usually at least 10 days for the incision to heal.

I had the exact same surgery when I was 15. The pain was brutal.

And then twist the nut cracker! The nut felt like it was on fire and the pain shot up into my lower abdomen. Would get cold sweats from the pain too.
