Cease finished 1st, Kopech it seems finished 2nd.

Eloy potentially finished 4th for hitters, based on the order they listed the runners-up in.

I believe it is for the best performance this year. This has nothing to do with potential which is a part of the top prospect voting.

Did Kopech win it last year? Regardless, can't wait to see Cease join Rodon, Kopech, Giolito, and Lopez

They specifically said Eloy was the closest competition to Guerrero for hitters
