February 28, 20197 yr The season starts four weeks from today, March 28. The 25-man roster should be finalized the day before but they'll usually know a few days before they leave Arizona. This year, they play a couple extra games in Arizona, so we might not know until the 26th.

I guess we just say it's the 25-man roster, or the "25-man". Even though the roster is finalized the day before, we know most of who will make it now, and we'll know all but a spot or two several days before opening day.

And thanks Can't wait for the season to start , I know we aren't expecting much but things like winning a series at Fenway last year were brilliant.
February 28, 20197 yr Even though the 25-man roster will not be finalized until right before the season starts, I can tell you that 25 out of the 25 guys will have a last name that is not Harper or Machado. There probably will be a Manny, though.
