April 27, 20196 yr Author Good time to remind everyone that postponed and cancelled aren't interchangeable words. Postponed means it will be made up later. Cancelled means it won't be made up at all. Bruce, you suck.

The general rule the English police use is cancelled means gone forever, and in baseball with the game rescheduled months from now, the rosters will both certainly be different and the pitching match up will be different making it a totally different game.

That rescheduled game could potentially be cancelled.

Anyone in baseball media saying cancelled is stupid as they should know the difference. Edited April 27, 20196 yr by flavum
