I’m surprised that so many people think Rodon being a hero was the most unlikely among the candidates.

I want to have a reason to say Lopez in three hours.

He certainly did not disappoint last night.

Rodon was not a favorite to make the opening day roster when ST began.  The fact that he made the AS team and among the league leaders is something few if any of us would have dared to hope for.

The way I see it, Rodon was more likely to be a hero than any of the others.

I voted Rodon, but the fact that there are so many good options on this list tells me the real answer is Tony LaRussa.
